MY APPROACH
You've probably clicked straight onto this page to find out how much of your hard earned cash you're going to have to part with, and I don't blame you! I know first hand how expensive weddings work out to be, and how difficult it is to find the suppliers you want, for the budget you have set. Your photographer is the person you'll be around for the majority of your day, so you need someone who you feel comfortable around, and not be wondering why you have paid a creepy chap with a camera to follow you around all day. Im so glad that the feedback I get from my couples is exactly that! (the comfortable part, not the creepy part)! Being comfortable around your photographer gives them the opportunity to capture those intimate moments, without interruption.

In the run up to the wedding I always try to meet with my couples to get to know each other, and discuss those important wedding plans. If distance or calendars do not make this possible, I always organise a zoom call to sit down and discuss things in detail, so I'm fully briefed before the big day. As well as this, I ask for a questionnaire to be filled out with all the details I need to help me capture your day perfectly!

On the big day, I plan to arrive around around 3 hours before the ceremony, to capture bridal preparations. My whole approach is natural and relaxed and I'll be getting involved with your family and guests throughout the day. This gives me the opportunity to capture everything as it happens and means your gallery will show a natural story of your wedding day. I usually take couples away for a few short intervals to capture portraits, limiting time away from guest, however we can spend as short, or long as you want. Don't worry if you are as awkward as I am in front of the camera too, I'll make sure we're laughing the whole way through!
Ill be with you from the start of the day, until around 30 minutes after your first dance, as this is usually when the dance floor is busiest, but don't worry, if some serious shapes are being thrown, I'll hang around a little longer to capture those incriminating dance moves!

WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO
I love how looking back on a photograph can bring back so many memories and emotions. We all take photos, and we carry them around with us, usually on our phones, and we look back at them whenever we want. I believe without photographs, memories would eventually fade and moments would be forgotten.
​
My couples mostly comment on how comfortable they are around me and how I felt like a guest on their wedding day. This gives me the opportunity to capture the day as naturally as possible. To then be able to give you images you can look back on to keep those memories alive, is the reason I love what I do.

Mini Highlight Film
A 3-4 minute highlight film which can be added to either photography package. Perfect if you want a shorter film or don't have the budget for a videography package.

Couples Shoot
A 60 minute outdoor session with a minimum of 50 images to download in a password protected online gallery. Great to get used to being in front of the camera before your big day.

FAQ
WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU COVER?
Literally anywhere! I am based in the Midlands but will travel wherever you want me to go, including the Maldives! (please?)

ARE YOU INSURED?
100% Yes! Fully insured including all of my kit. If you or your venue would like a copy of this just let me now!

DO YOU HAVE BACKUP KIT?
Yes, and wouldn't photograph a wedding without it! I always have two cameras on me at any time. This is to get two different images with different lenses, but also if one was to pack up on me, I always have a backup. I then keep another backup in my bag incase this was to fail. I bring enough batteries to photograph about 20 weddings and the same with SD cards, because you can never have enough right?

WHAT KIT DO YOU USE?
I shoot on Sony A7RIVs and Sony G Master Lenses. These cameras and lenses speak for themselves, and are just epic.

DO YOU NEED FEEDING?
Lets just say I never turn down food. A meal is always appreciated and will always go down with a smile, but I understand weddings are expensive so would never be offended a meal wasn't supplied. Just be aware I would need to leave the venue to get a meal if one isn't supplied at the venue.

DO YOU NEED A SHOT LIST?
Nope! Leave the magic to me. I will be making a story of your day so I know exactly what to capture. If there is any group photos or special moments you want to make sure are captured, just let me know.

HOW DO WE BOOK?
Just get in touch and have a chat about your day. If you want to go ahead and get booked in, I just ask for a deposit and a signed contract to secure the date. The final balance is then not due until 4 weeks before the wedding date. ​
